​Sayun started as an administrative assistant, and progressed to data quality assurance, where he led tests and liaised between teams in Norway and Kathmandu. With expertise in Power BI, he created dashboards and now works as a business analyst, handling customer communication and quality checks. Pursuing a BBA with a focus on economics and finance, he is recognized for his teamwork and proactive approach.​​
