CSR Commitment to Employee Well-Being in Nepal
As part of our CSR commitment, our Kathmandu office prioritizes employee well-being and a sustainable work environment. We fully comply with wage and hour laws, ensuring fair wages, reasonable working hours, and sufficient breaks, days off, and vacations.
Addressing Kathmandu’s environmental challenges, we have installed air purifiers and air conditioners to combat air pollution and provide fresh air. During the cold winters, we ensure warmth and comfort with heaters. These initiatives reflect Avinto’s dedication to fostering a healthy and supportive workspace in Nepal.
