Chief Financial Officer

Per has extensive experience in international industry and public sector management, with a total of 30 years in the Elkem Group and Sørlandet Hospital as Finance Director, as well as working with start-up companies in board positions. He has a broad commercial background and is a graduate of BI with additional education in innovation and strategy from Insead in 2015, as well as training as a board coach in 2025. His background is an important contribution to building Avinto's structure and strategy as well as securing legal and financial matters for the company.
