Role Description
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Kathmandu. In this role, you will assist in creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for digital products. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will learn from experienced designers, contribute to wireframes and prototypes, and help refine the user experience across web and mobile applications. You will also work closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Participate in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Help create user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps to inform design decisions.
Support in developing UI/UX documentation to guide design projects.
Work with front-end developers to ensure design implementation aligns with functionality.
Assist in improving the user experience of existing designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Arts, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Some experience (internships, personal projects, or part-time work) in UI/UX design is a plus.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
Experience with programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
Eagerness to learn and improve in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
